Article 8 - Governance characteristics

The SFDR-8-GOV entry refers to Article 8 of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, which obliges financial products that promote environmental or social characteristics to disclose how their governance arrangements support those objectives. It requires transparency on board oversight, risk management, internal policies and procedures that ensure sustainable investment decisions are made responsibly.
