The 23 group covers professionals who design, deliver, manage, and evaluate learning across all ages and settings. It includes teachers, lecturers, tutors, education consultants, and teachers in further, higher and adult education, as well as those who develop curricula, educational policy, and assessment tools. Their work is centred on facilitating knowledge acquisition and supporting learners' development.
