Geochemistry

Geochemistry is the scientific study of the chemical composition and processes of Earth materials, including rocks, soils, minerals, fluids and the atmosphere. It encompasses analytical techniques, isotopic and elemental analysis, and modelling of geochemical cycles, with applications in mineral exploration, environmental assessment and planetary science.
