Silk

Code 50 of the EU Combined Nomenclature groups all silk and related materials, covering natural silk fibers harvested from silkworms, processed silk yarns, fabrics and waste suitable for re-spinning. It includes raw silk, dyed or printed silk, and silk that has undergone chemical or mechanical treatment, distinguishing these forms for customs and statistical purposes.
