S11 groups all textile products and their finished forms, covering yarns, woven, knitted and non-woven fabrics, as well as items such as towels, blankets, curtains, upholstery cloth and other textile articles not classified elsewhere. The heading excludes clothing and footwear, which fall under separate sub-headings.
