Article 94 - Repeal of Directive 95/46/EC

Article 94 of the General Data Protection Regulation states that the Regulation repeals the earlier Directive 95/46/EC, ending the legal framework established by that directive and replacing it with the GDPR provisions. This ensures a single, unified data-protection regime across the European Union.
