Chapter XI - Final Provisions

The GDPR Chapter XI contains the final provisions that bring the regulation into force, set the date of application, repeal previous data-protection directives, and outline transitional and binding obligations for Member States and supervisory authorities. It also addresses the relationship with other EU law.
