Article 98 - Review of other Union legal acts on data protection

Article 98 of the GDPR requires the Commission to periodically review and, if necessary, amend other Union legislation that concerns personal data protection to ensure consistency with the Regulation. It sets out the procedure for such reviews, including consultation with the European Data Protection Board.
