Cat 6 - Business Travel

Category 6 of the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard's Scope-3 framework covers emissions from employee business travel, including air, rail, car rentals, taxis and other modes used for work-related trips. It requires companies to quantify fuel-combustion and distance-based emissions from these activities and report them as part of their overall value-chain carbon footprint.
