Heading 87 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule covers all motor vehicles and other motorized road transport equipment that are not railway or tramway rolling stock, together with their parts and accessories. It includes cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles and similar vehicles, plus components such as engines, transmissions, brakes and body parts.
