Base Metals and Articles Thereof

The XV heading of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States covers base metals in their primary forms and any items made from them, such as rods, bars, sheets, plates and structural shapes, as well as finished or semi-finished articles that retain the metal's essential character. It includes both ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their basic derivatives.
