Diffuse large B-cell lymphomas
**Definition:** Non-Hodgkin lymphomas are characterised by a proliferation of predominantly large neoplastic B lymphocytes.
**Long definition:** Primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is an aggressive tumor accounting for approximately 40% of the B-cell malignancies that presents with single or multiple rapidly enlarging, symptomatic masses in nodal or extranodal sites (stomach, central nervous system, bone, kidneys and testes).
