Worster-Drought syndrome
**Definition:** Worster-Drought syndrome (WDS) is a form of cerebral palsy characterised by congenital pseudobulbar (suprabulbar) paresis manifesting as selective weakness of the lips, tongue and soft palate, dysphagia, dysphonia, drooling and jaw jerking.
