**Definition:** This is a group of conditions characterised as being in or associated with the nervous system.

**Exclusions:** - Certain conditions originating in the perinatal period - Complications of pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium - Endocrine, nutritional or metabolic diseases - Injury, poisoning or certain other consequences of external causes
