Intracranial hypotension
**Definition:** The syndrome of intracranial hypotension is a single pathophysiological entity of diverse origin. Usually it is characterised by an orthostatic headache, one that occurs or worsens with upright posture. Patients with chronic headaches and asymptomatic patients have been described.
