**Definition:** Pseudoexfoliative Open-Angle glaucoma is a condition where fibrillar pseudoexfoliative material is produced by various ocular tissues and is deposited on the trabecular meshwork, lens, and other structures of the anterior segment leading to intraocular pressure elevation and subsequent optic nerve damage.
