Ciliary block glaucoma

**Definition:** Ciliary block glaucoma is a condition where aqueous misdirection into the vitreous cavity displaces the lens-iris diaphragm anteriorly thus causing angle closure with subsequent intraocular pressure elevation and optic nerve damage.
