Secondary angle closure glaucoma due to other anterior displacement of the lens-iris diaphragm

**Definition:** Iris and ciliary body cysts, intraocular tumours, posterior scleritis, uveal effusion, or Silicon Oil or gas in the vitreous cavity can cause IOP elevation by angle closure.
