**Exclusions:** - Certain conditions originating in the perinatal period - Certain infectious or parasitic diseases - Complications of pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium - Endocrine, nutritional or metabolic diseases - Injury, poisoning or certain other consequences of external causes - Neoplasms
