Class II division 2 malocclusion

**Definition:** This condition relates to Angle’s classification of occlusion in which the first permanent maxillary molar position is aligned or in an anterior relationship to that of the mandibular first permanent molar, such that the mesiobuccal cusp of the maxillary molar is mesial to the buccal groove of the mandibular molar and the central incisors are in linguoversion.
