Cyclophilin C

**Definition:** A peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase and member of the cyclophilin family. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of imide-like peptide bonds that occur between PROLINE and other amino acids to facilitate PROTEIN FOLDING.
