Diffuse Leptomeningeal Glioneuronal Tumor

**Definition:** A relatively slow growing diffuse leptomeningeal neoplasm usually affecting children and adolescents. It is characterized by the presence of clear glial neoplastic cells reminiscent of oligodendroglioma. A neuronal component may be present. The prognosis is variable.
