**Definition:** Involvement of two or more lymph node regions on the same side (either above or below) of the diaphragm or localized involvement of a single extra-lymphatic organ or site in association with regional lymph node involvement (i.e., local extension from a lymph node area into a nearby organ), with or without involvement of other contiguous lymph node regions on the same side (either above or below) of the diaphragm.
