**Definition:** Involvement of two or more lymph node regions on the same side (either above or below) of the diaphragm or localized involvement of a single extra-lymphatic organ or site in association with regional lymph node involvement (i.e., local extension from a lymph node area into a nearby organ), with or without involvement of other contiguous lymph node regions on the same side (either above or below) of the diaphragm. No constitutional symptoms are recorded. This definition applies to both tiers (tier 1 and 2).
