Sudocetaxel

**Definition:** The hemisuccinate form of docetaxel, a microtubule depolymerization inhibitor, with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon administration, sudocetaxel targets, binds to and stabilizes the beta-tubulin subunit of the microtubule, thereby inhibiting microtubule disassembly which results in cell-cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and cell death.
