**Definition:** A highly aggressive, poorly to undifferentiated carcinoma that arises from the sinonasal tract. It is characterized by loss of one SWI/SNF complex subunit (either SMARCB1 or SMARCA4) and lacks histological features to allow classification into another specific entity. Most patients present with locally advanced disease.
