ACNS0332 Arm D Includes Carboplatin and Isotretinoin

**Definition:** Patients randomized with the following course sequence: 1) Chemoradiotherapy: Patients undergo chemoradiotherapy as in Arm II. Six weeks after completion of chemoradiotherapy, patients proceed to maintenance therapy, 2) Maintenance Therapy: Patients receive maintenance therapy as in Arm III.
