Autologous dNPM1 Peptides-specific HLA-A*02:01-restricted TCR T-lymphocytes MB-dNPM1-TCR.1

**Semantic type:** Cell|Pharmacologic Substance

**Definition:** A preparation of autologous T-lymphocytes that have been genetically modified using a lentiviral vector to express a T-cell receptor (TCR) specific for certain dNPM1 peptides restricted to human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A*02:01, with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon isolation, transduction, expansion ex vivo and re-introduction into the patient, the autologous dNPM1 peptides-specific HLA-A*02:01-restricted TCR T-lymphocytes MB-dNPM1-TCR.1 target and bind to the HLA/dNPM1 peptide complex on tumor cells, which leads to the elimination of tumor cells expressing dNPM1. Mutated forms of NPM1 (nucleophosmin 1), a multifunctional chaperone protein, are found on certain tumor cells, including leukemic myeloid cells.

**Synonyms:** - Autologous Anti-dNPM1 TCR T-cells MB-dNPM1-TCR.1 - Autologous dNPM1-TCR Transduced T-cells MB-dNPM1-TCR.1 - Autologous dNPM1-specific HLA-A*02:01-restricted TCR T-cells MB-dNPM1-TCR.1 - MB-dNPM1-TCR.1
