**Definition:** Stage IIIA includes: (T1-T2, N1, M0); (T3-T4, N0, M0). T1: Tumor measuring 2 cm or less in greatest dimension without extraparenchymal extension. T2: Tumor measuring more than 2 cm, but equal to or less than 4 cm in greatest dimension without extraparenchymal extension. T3: Tumor measuring more than 4 cm in greatest dimension, and/or gross extraparenchymal extension (for major salivary glands). T4: Tumor invading immediately and/or beyond adjacent structures. N0: No regional lymph node involvement. cN1: Tumor involvement of 1-3 lymph node(s), without unequivocal imaging-detected and/or clinical extranodal extension. pN1: Tumor involvement of 1-3 lymph node(s), without definitive pathological extranodal extension.
