Sezary Syndrome

**Definition:** A generalized peripheral (mature) T-cell neoplasm characterized by the presence of erythroderma, lymphadenopathy, and neoplastic, cerebriform T-lymphocytes in the blood. Sezary syndrome is an aggressive disease. (WHO, 2001)
