Mycosis Fungoides and Sezary Syndrome

**Definition:** Mature T and NK neoplasms predominantly affecting the skin and the peripheral blood. Peripheral blood involvement by abnormal T-cells (cerebriform cells) is a late manifestation of mycosis fungoides, whereas it is the presenting finding in Sezary syndrome.
