Pyothorax-Associated Lymphoma

**Definition:** An aggressive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma arising in the pleural cavity of patients with a history of long standing pyothorax. Patients present with chest and back pain, fever, productive cough, dyspnea, and hemoptysis.
