**Definition:** A morphologic variant of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans that is most often seen in childhood and is characterized by the presence of spindle-shaped fibroblastic cells, a storiform growth pattern, numerous multinucleated giant cells, wide vessel-like spaces, and extensive myxoid change.
