**Definition:** A pathologic regional lymph node TNM finding. The definition of pN1c finding depends on the particular type of cancer that it refers to; for example, for breast cancer, pN1c finding is defined as follows: cancer with metastasis in 1 to 3 axillary lymph nodes and in internal mammary nodes with microscopic disease detected by sentinel lymph node dissection but not clinically apparent.
