**Definition:** A pathologic regional lymph node TNM finding. The definition of pN1 finding depends on the particular type of cancer that it refers to; for example, for breast cancer, pN1 finding is defined as follows: cancer with micrometastases (approximately 200 cells, larger than 0.2 mm, but none larger than 2.0 mm).
