Malignant Pancreatic Glucagonoma

**Definition:** A glucagon-producing neuroendocrine tumor arising from the alpha cells of the pancreas. It may be associated with necrolytic erythema migrans, diarrhea, diabetes, glossitis, weight loss, malabsorption, and anemia. It displays vascular invasion and metastasizes to other anatomic sites.
