Clanfenur

**Definition:** A substituted benzoylphenylurea and an analogue of the pesticide diflubenzuron with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon administration, clanfenur binds to the colchicine-binding site on beta-tubulin and inhibits the polymerization of microtubules, thereby preventing tumor cell replication.
