Sec 203 - Enforcement

Section 203 sets out the enforcement provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, granting the Department of Justice authority to investigate complaints, bring civil actions and impose penalties for violations. It also permits individuals to file private lawsuits, seek injunctive relief, compensatory damages and attorneys' fees.
