Sec 302 - Prohibition of Discrimination by Public Accommodations

Section 302 of the Americans with Disabilities Act bars public accommodations-from hotels and restaurants to retail stores and theaters-from denying services, imposing different terms, or otherwise discriminating against individuals because of a disability, requiring reasonable modifications and accessibility unless it would cause undue hardship.
