Title III - Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities

Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, codified at 42 USC 12101 et seq., prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in places of public accommodation and in commercial facilities that are open to the public. It requires accessible design, reasonable modifications, and effective communication for services, goods, and programs offered to the public.
