CCFH - Committee on Food Hygiene

The CCFH is the Codex Committee on Food Hygiene, tasked with developing international guidelines and standards that promote safe handling, processing and distribution of food. It collaborates with member countries to draft codes of practice, risk assessments and recommendations that are incorporated into the Codex Alimentarius.
