CCFL - Committee on Food Labelling

The CCFL, or Committee on Food Labelling, is a Codex Alimentarius body that drafts and updates international standards, guidelines and recommended practices for the labeling of foods. It addresses nutrition information, ingredient lists, claims, country of origin and other labeling elements to facilitate trade and protect consumer health.
