European Board for Digital Services (Art 61)

The European Board for Digital Services, established under Article 61 of the Digital Services Act, is an independent EU-level body that coordinates the work of national digital services authorities, ensures consistent enforcement of the DSA across member states, and provides guidance on compliance, risk assessment and mitigation for online platforms.
