Chapter IV - Implementation and Enforcement

Chapter IV of the Digital Services Act (EU 2022/2065) sets out the rules for putting the regulation into practice, defining the duties of online platforms, the powers of national authorities and the European Commission to monitor compliance, and prescribing enforcement measures, including investigations, corrective orders and penalties for breaches.
