User Right to Access IoT Data (Art 4)

The Data Act (EU) 2023/2854 grants individuals a right to request and receive data generated by IoT devices that relate to them. Under Article 4, providers must deliver the information in a structured, commonly-used format without undue delay, subject only to limited exceptions for security, privacy or other legitimate reasons.
