Rubber refers to natural rubber sourced from latex-producing trees and is listed as a commodity under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115. Companies placing rubber on the EU market must conduct due-diligence to confirm it does not originate from land cleared after 2020 and provide geo-referenced traceability information.
