7.4 Communication

Section 7.4 of ISO 14001:2015 requires organizations to establish, implement and maintain processes for internal and external communication regarding environmental aspects, impacts and EMS performance. It mandates that relevant information be identified, documented, shared with interested parties, and updated as needed to support continual improvement.
