Clause 7 - Support

Clause 7 of ISO 14001:2015 defines the support needed for an environmental management system, requiring the organization to provide necessary resources, ensure personnel have appropriate competence and awareness, establish effective internal and external communication, and control documented information. These elements together enable the EMS to operate consistently, meet legal and other requirements, and achieve its environmental objectives.
