10.1 Nonconformity and corrective action

Clause 10.1 of ISO 22301:2019 specifies how an organization must identify and document any nonconformities in its business continuity management system, determine their causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. It also requires verification of the actions' effectiveness and the maintenance of appropriate records.
