Clause 10 - Improvement

Clause 10 of ISO 22301:2019 addresses improvement of the Business Continuity Management System, requiring organizations to monitor performance, identify non-conformities and take corrective action, and to pursue continual enhancement through lessons learned, internal audits and management reviews.
